INTRODUCTION-ABSTRACT
The inguinal hernia is a disease with significant social impact , characterized by high frequency . Interesting 15%
of the world population especially male (27 % ) , with a ratio of male / female
8/1 . All the surgical techniques used to repair the defect morphology , are
beset by numerous cases of recurrence. Among the causes of recurrence , as well
defects of reparative surgical technique, are important protease - antiprotease imbalance locally,
due to increased activity of neutrophil elastase and decreased collagen
synthesis; the thinning of the transversalis fascia resulting in the
degeneration of elastin and collagen fibers. This new surgical approach uses a
filler hypodermic, instead of a polypropylene prosthesis, to close the hernial
defect outside .The hypodermis contains mesenchymal cells that are activated , also
, thanks to mechanisms of stress. Surgical stress triggers tissue repair processes , triggers
the action of platelet growth factors , and , new tissues are colonized by
fibroblasts that are the building blocks of connective tissue and tissue repair
